Welcome to Trapkola. By accessing or using our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

Trapkola is a marketplace and community platform for AI prompt engineering. We provide a space for users to discover, share, buy, and sell prompts designed for artificial intelligence models.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

User Content: When you upload a prompt to Trapkola, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Trapkola a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the Platform.

Platform Content: All custom graphics, logos, and UI elements are the property of Trapkola and are protected by copyright laws.

4. Marketplace Transactions

When you buy or sell a prompt, you agree to our payment terms. Sellers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their prompts. Trapkola acts as a facilitator and may take a platform fee on transactions. Secure payments are processed by our third-party partners.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload prompts that violate third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in any form of automated scraping of our marketplace.
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures or rate limits.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trapkola provides the Platform "as is". We are not responsible for the results obtained from using AI prompts purchased on our marketplace. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trapkola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on the Platform.
